Experience adjustable vibratory neuro-muscular stimulation with the CT-Vibro-Platform

Research has shown that low frequency whole body vibration helps to relax the musculoligamentous structures and increases proprioceptive sensory input.  This not only makes all forms of posture and structural corrective traction more comfortable for the patient, but actually enhances musculo-ligamentous remodeling thereby improving structural and postural change,  This device can also be used for core strengthening at its higher frequencies.

The motor is an adjustable speed and force electric vibrator.   It's
upward force is adjustable up to 100 lbs. maximum.  It produces  400-4000
vibrations per minute.  The adjustable control dial has 10  settings as
follows:
#1 - 400 rpm =   7 hz
#2 - 800 rpm =  13 hz
#3 - 1200 rpm = 20 hz
#4 - 1600 rpm = 27 hz
#5 - 2000 rpm = 33 hz
#6 - 2400 rpm = 40 hz
#7 - 2800 rpm = 47 hz
#8 - 3200 rpm = 53 hz
#9 - 3600 rpm = 60 hz
#10 - 4000 rpm = 67 hz

Whole body resonant frequency is 25 - 45 hz, so settings 4 - 7 is what we 
recommend to the doctor during traction or postural exercise.  The patient would
be receiving somewhere between 40 - 70 pounds of upward vibration force.   This
is  low compared to devices such as the Power Plate which delivers up to  6 G's
of force. This unit was designed specifically to augment  traction procedures. 

The CT-Vibro-Platform can be used with any existing posture/strucural corrective traction device.
