The Postursizer™ is a custom-weighted posture bar designed specially to improve postural distortions as a result of accidents & injuries, poor sleeping habits, excessive weight, weak muscles, arthritis, watching television, long hours in front of a computer, driving in cars with poorly designed seats, and more.  These distortions often lead to poor posture and weakened muscle infrastructure that can lead to even more serious or even debilitating conditions.

How It Works…

The Postursizer™ (patent-pending) is a 3 foot long weighted bar with a covered foam neck piece that is designed to improve fitness and posture. The specialized neck piece is used to retract the neck back against the cushion to acquire a neutral posture verses a forward head posture (FHP). The Postursizer™ comes in 6 lb, 9lb, 12 lb and 15 lb. The weight selection is based on the users fitness level and bone density.  The fitness chart illustrates all of the recommended exercises and the DVD provides a full half- hour workout routine. There is also a posture score chart to help the user identify how to best work on improving their own posture.
