CBP Return Policy

ALL Sales Are Final for DVD's, CD's and Books.

  • Within 3 months from date of purchase.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & re-shipping costs on their order errors.
  • Include a copy of the receipt with the reason for the return.
  • Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
  • Once the product is received, please allow 5-7 Business Days for the refund to be applied to your account (original payment method).
  • A 3% Processing Fee will be applied to all refunds.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • No Returns accepted after 3 months from the date of purchase
  • All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number.

Denneroll Pillow Return Policy 

  • Returns must be made within 2 weeks of the original purchase date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the product is received, please allow 5-7 Business Days for the refund to be applied to your account (original payment method).

MyChiroPractice Return Policy

All Sales Are Final. No returns or exchanges allowed. Posters, Canvas Wraps, and Slideshows are printed / produced on demand immediately following your order placement. Shipping times for posters and canvas wraps vary from the CBP posted shipping turnaround times. Canvases and paper posters usually take 3-6 Business Days to produce, and another 4-6 Business Days for ground delivery depending on your location.

CBP Products Exchange Policy

Exchanging CBP Items:

  • Once the product is received, please allow 1-2 Business Days for the product exchange.
  • Product exchange shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Circular Traction Policies

Return:

  • Must be within three months from the date of purchase.
  • Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
  • Must include a copy of the original invoice with the reason for the return or must be verbally preauthorized.
  • A 3% processing fee will be applied to all refunds.

Exchange:

  • Must be within 3 months from date of purchase.
  • Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the receipt with instructions for the product exchange.
  • Once the product is received, please allow 1-2 Business Days for the product exchange.
  • Product exchange shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • No exchanges accepted after 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • A 3% processing fee will be applied to all refunds.

TruCurv Policy

  • 21 day Return Policy from day of delivery.
  • No full refunds after 21 days.
  • 20% Restocking Fee on orders exceeding 21 days after day of delivery.
  • Items returned must be unused & undamaged.
  • No Restocking Fee on shipper errors.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & re-shipping costs on their order errors.
  • Shipper error costs will be covered by the shipper
  • A 3% Processing Fee will be applied to all refunds.

Sole Supports Policy

  • No refunds on this product.
  • No exchanges on this product.
  • All sales are final for full foot lifts.

Cancellation of an Order

To cancel or change your order after placing it, please call CBP at (208) 939-0301. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after order placement and it may not be possible to change items or cancel at that time.

Shipping

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2 - 4 business days depending upon the manufacturer.
  • Some items are made upon order. These items are noted with their specific shipping time frame.
  • Out of stock items will ship as they become available.
  • Processing time does not include Saturday & Sunday
  • Transit times will depend on the service selected at checkout. This does not include order processing time by the manufacturer.
  • Ground Shipping: 2 - 7 business days
  • International Shipping: 6 -10 business days
  • 2 Day Shipping: 2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
  • Freight Shipping: 2 - 7 business days
  • Freight shipping charges will be processed separately. You will be notified by CBP with the freight shipping charges.

Price & Payment

Prices & shipping charges are liable to change at any time.

Product prices exclude sales tax, shipping charges, and customs fees. Sales tax and shipping charges will be automatically added to the total amount due when you view the item in your cart, and have selected your preferred shipping method.

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declined to authorize payment for any reason.
