Register with the CBP Online Store
Create Account – Chiropractic BioPhysics
To create an account and begin making purchases from our online store, you must have an active healthcare professional license number and the legal ability to diagnose and treat spine disorders using imaging techniques such as MRI and X-ray. This ensures that our products are being used responsibly and in accordance with professional standards.
Please note that all registration information will be reviewed and verified by our staff to confirm your credentials. Once your account has been successfully activated, you will be notified via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for the verification process. We appreciate your understanding as we take these steps to maintain the integrity of our online store.
I created a CBP Online Account but I am unable to view pricing.
Thank you for creating an account! To complete activation, we need to verify your active healthcare professional license.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for us to verify your license number.
- If you did not provide a healthcare professional license number, your account cannot be activated.
- Providing only an NPI number is not sufficient — a valid healthcare professional license number is still required for verification.
We’ll notify you by email as soon as your account is approved and ready to use. Thank you for your patience!
How can I reset my password?
If you need your password reset, there are a couple of ways!
- Visit Account – Chiropractic BioPhysics & Click on Forgot?. This will send a Reset Password email to the email address provided.
- Contact us and we will be happy to send a Reset Password email to you.

Shipping Questions
What shipping carriers do you ship with?
Since products are shipped from multiple manufacturers, we use multiple carriers. Each warehouse is listed below with the shipping carriers that are used.
- CBP Warehouse: FedEx, UPS, USPS, Multiple Freight Carriers
- Circular Traction Warehouse: FedEx, USPS
- UTS Warehouse: UPS
- TruCurv Warehouse: UPS, USPS
Why is the shipping charge so high?
Ever wonder why shipping charges fluctuate? Shipping carriers base their shipping rates on these factors and more to determine the real time shipping charge:
- Origin & Destination Zip Code
- Package Weight & Dimensions (Dimensional or Actual weight - Whichever is greater)
- Delivery Address Type (Commercial or Residential) - Residential delivery address are typically higher in shipping costs.
- Shipping Service
If the items in your cart come from different manufacturers, they will be shipped separately from multiple locations. This means your total shipping cost will be higher than if everything shipped from one place.
When will my order be shipped?
For products that will ship from the CBP Warehouse, we do our best to ship all orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on the same day. If we’re unable to ship the same day (which can occasionally happen), your order will typically ship within 2–3 business days. Thank you for your understanding!
For products that will ship from another manufacturers warehouse, your order will typically ship within 3-4 business days.
All orders will receive a shipping notification (to the email address on the account) when the order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification, we would be happy to look into your order. Please contact us at Info@Idealspine.com or (208) 939-0301.
Order Questions
What if I received the wrong item in my order?
We are truly sorry for the error with your order and want to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
How to get the correct item(s):
- Please contact us at (208) 939-0301 or Info@Idealspine.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
- Once reported, we will immediately ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
- We will also provide a prepaid return shipping label so that you can send back the incorrect item free of charge.
Important note: To ensure we can assist you fully, please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process replacements or accept responsibility for incorrect items reported after this 7-day window.

What if my order is damaged?
We are very sorry if your order arrived damaged. We want to make this right for you quickly and easily.
How to report a damaged item and get a replacement:
- Please contact us at (208) 939-0301 or Info@IdealSpine.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include a few clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging (this helps us process any claims faster).
- Once reported, we will promptly ship a replacement.
Important note: For us to fully assist you, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. Regrettably, we cannot accept responsibility or process replacements for damage reported after this 7-day period.

What if I am missing an item in my order?
We are truly sorry that part of your order did not arrive. We will fix this right away for you.
How to report a missing item:
- Please contact us at (208) 939-0301 or Info@IdealSpine.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Let us know which item(s) are missing (including the order number helps us locate it faster).
- Once confirmed, we will ship the missing item(s) to you immediately.
Important note: Please check your package carefully upon arrival (sometimes items are nestled inside packaging or shipped in separate boxes). To ensure we can assist you, kindly report any missing items within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for missing items reported after this 7-day window.
