Return & Exchange Policies by Manufacturer

 

Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP)
  • ALL Sales Final for DVD's, CD's and Books.

Product Returns:

  • Within 3 months from date of purchase.
  • Include a copy of the receipt with the reason for the return.
  • Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
  • Once the product is received, please allow 5-7 Business Days for the refund to be applied to your account (original payment method).
  • A 3% Processing Fee will be applied to all refunds.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • No Returns accepted after 3 months from the date of purchase.

Product Exchanges:

  • Within 3 months from date of purchase.
  • Product must be unused and undamaged in original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the receipt with instructions for the product exchange.
  • Once the product is received, please allow 1-2 Business Days for the product exchange.
  • Product exchange shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • No Returns accepted after 3 months from the date of purchase.

CBP Pro-Lordotic Neck Exerciser:

  • Warranty:
    • 3 Month Warranty from the date of purchase
  • If the Pro-Lordotic breaks within the warranty period:
    • Please ship the broken Pro-Lordotic(s) to CBP.
    • Include a copy of the receipt with instructions for the product replacement.
    • Once the broken item(s) is received by CBP, we will replace at no charge for the item(s) itself.
    • Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  1. 21 day Return Policy from day of delivery.
  2. No full refunds after 21 days.
  3. 20% Restocking Fee on orders exceeding 21 days after day of delivery.
  4. Items returned must be unused & undamaged.
  5. No Restocking Fee on shipper errors.
  6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & re-shipping costs on their order errors.
  7. Shipper error costs will be covered by the shipper
  8. A 3% Processing Fee will be applied to all refunds.
