After purchasing and receiving the BTrackS™ Assess Balance System, the customer can return it for a full refund within 30 days after delivery – no questions asked. The customer must simply contact Balance Tracking within the 30 day window and the return will be processed including payment for shipping by Balance Tracking Systems, Inc. If possible, please try and save the shipping material from the original purchase so it can be used for the return. This program is only available for customers in the United States.
